Once an inspection is scheduled, a confirmation email and text will be sent to the client, the buyer’s agent, and the seller’s agent, as long as the agents’ information is filled out at the time of scheduling.
The confirmation email and text will include the date, time, and location of the inspection. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of scheduling, please check your SPAM or junk folder.

Travel
Outside of Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Emmett, Star, Middleton, Garden City, Kuna, Nampa, and Caldwell,
a travel fee of $50 applies.
Discounts
Miltary, Fire, Police, First Responders, Nurses, and Teachers receive $50 OFF Home Inspections.

Cancellations less than 24hrs of a scheduled appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
